This training is designed for customer service, clerks, managers, and any employee who regularly deals with customers. We provide an overview on mental health signs and symptoms followed by methods for de-escalation taught to law enforcement. We then conduct role plays where the employee get to use the techniques in a practical exercise.
The cost of this program is $1100 for 20 employees.
This training utilizes the same structure as the 4 hour, however the de-escalation techniques offered are more in depth. The role plays are longer and feature professional actors as role players to increase the difficulty.
